If you arrive on Friday and don’t have a camping ticket, you will be unable to enter.

PASS OUTS: There are no pass outs from the festival to your cars or back to the campground due to licensing restrictions. However, we will be providing a locker service inside the festival site for your belongings.

ZERO DRUG POLICY: We here at Mountain Sounds Festival do not condone drugs of ANY type. There will be a heavy policy presence (with a sniffer dog operation) at the festival so if you are found with drugs in your possession, expect harsh penalties.

CAMPING

We’re super excited to have you staying on site with us this weekend. Here are a few things you’ll need to know:

RULES

No alcohol and/or glass is permitted in the campground – as a licensing and police requirement, all cars and bags will thoroughly searched and you will not be permitted into the festival the next day if you are found with pre-purchased alcohol.

You are not permitted to leave the overall site and come back in so please be prepared. There are also no pass outs from the festival back to the campground on Saturday due to licensing restrictions. However, we will be providing a locker service inside the festival site for your belongings.

Camping next to your car is not permitted due to safety reasons. However, the car park is situated right next to the campground!

TICKETS

Everyone who purchases a festival ticket will need to purchase a camping ticket – they’re separate and it’s per person.

If you are planning to sleep in an RV or camper van, you must purchase an RV pass which is per car (i.e. cost can be shared if there is more than one of you staying in it). Each individual will need to purchase a camping ticket on top of their RV pass BUT you will not need to purchase a parking ticket.

If you are planning to drive and camp in a tent, you will need to purchase a parking ticket. However, if you arrive with 3 people in your car, parking will be free!

ENTRY/EXIT

Friday: 3pm-12am
Saturday: 7am-4pm
Sunday: Campground closes at 3pm

FACILITIES/AMENITIES

Toilets, showers, free water station, first aid, locker service, food trucks and a fully operating bar (Friday night)

OTHER NOTES

The campground is unpowered. Small generators are permitted but for non-music purposes and must be turned off by 10.30pm.

If you would like to camp with your friends, you MUST arrive with them. Overly elaborate campsites are discouraged so you will be asked to downsize if need be – please be considerate when creating your campsite.
